Caribeña, Tankah, Mexico Rental Agreement and Policies
This
is an agreement between Bill-in-Tulsa.com, hereafter referred
to as the Agent, and the rental property, Casa Caribeña, Tankah,
Mexico hereafter referred to as the Facility, and the rental
customer ______________________________, hereafter referred to as
the Renter. This document defines the responsibilities, terms and
conditions between the aforementioned parties regarding the rental
of properties.
Terms of the Rental:
Fifty percent, 50%, of the Total
Rental Fee is due to the Agent along with a signed contract to be
returned to the Agent by the Renter. The Renter will remit Payment
in Full to the Agent a minimum of 60 days prior to their
arrival date at the Facility.
One hundred percent, 100%, of the
Total Rental Fee is due to the Agent along with a signed contract
for all reservations made less than 60 days prior to
arrival at the Facility.
One hundred percent, 100%, of the
Total Rental Fee is due to the Agent along with a signed contract
for all reservations made during the following Holiday Seasons:
Christmas, New Years, Easter, Holy Week and Thanksgiving.
A $200.00 US security deposit
for loss or damage is due upon arrival in cash or credit card. It
will be return upon leaving.
Cancellation Penalties:
Reservations canceled more than 90 days
in advance result in a $250 cancellation fee, with commission percentage
paid to Agent.
Reservations canceled 60-90 days in advance
result in a $350 cancellation fee, with commission percentage paid
to Agent.
Reservations canceled 30 - 60 days in advance
result in forfeiting 50% of the rental.
Reservations canceled less than 30 days
result in a complete forfeit of all rental money.
Cancellations on all holiday reservations
are non-refundable.
Please allow two weeks for processing, unless
the refund is being made by the facility as a result of hurricane
damage, and we will not be able to fulfill your reservation. We
may need a few more weeks. Any funds that are returned to the Renter,
in the event of a cancellation, must be remitted to the Agent
by the Facility. The Agent will then take the responsibility of
paying the Renter.
Policies:
The Facility is responsible to have the
accommodation(s) that have been reserved in readiness upon the arrival
of the Renters. The Facility is responsible to have the amenities
and items mentioned on their webpage, by the Agents, on site and
ready for use.
The
Facility, not the Agent, is responsible for the maintenance and
repair of the Facility and is also responsible for determining if
any restitution or compensation is due the Renter in the event
of the Renters dissatisfaction with the Facility.

bedroom rates are based on 6-person occupancy. Add $150.00 per person
over 6 persons. Up to 8 persons. Rentals are by the week only during
high season. Check-In after 3:00 PM. Check-Out before 10:00 AM.
