Bill, and others: to be fair, after posting my trip report and complaint on Copal's website, I immediately heard form Holly, the owner. She was very concerned about my experience and she found out the attendant claimed I had paid only $11 US. per night when in fact I had paid $22 (US) per night. He was ripping her off, too, and was discharged. She is dedicated to customer service and made me an offer I cannot refuse when I return to Copal next year. I have nothing else negative to say. The problem was handled professionally. I'll be back and suggest it to anyone who wants to try the cabana experience.
