<b>: Just got back. Spent most of our three weeks around the Aventuras XTC Dive Center helping Eric and Suzanne with</b>
<b>: projects. One day in Chetumal, we went to Mayan museum, well worth the drive, it's MAYA history in miniscale, with it's</b>
<b>: pocket size replicas of the ruins in airconditioned building. Outside was replica of Maya Palapas with garden. From Xcalak it</b>
<b>: takes about two and half hours to get there, but on the way back you can buy all fresh fruits and cheese from the local</b>
<b>: farmers. I couldn't believe my eyes seeing little blue eye, blond Mormon boy wearing coveralls, checkered shirt and straw hat</b>
<b>: selling cheese- and it was very fresh - good. Then the avocadoes, oranges, pineapples and bananas; one could believe it</b>
<b>: was PARADISE. Between Chetumal and Cancun we saw some ruins, one by the road was under restoration, work going on</b>
<b>: as we visited. Tulum was breathtaking - the grandview postcards don't do it justice. View from the cliff high up looking down</b>
<b>: on the Caribbean Sea - it's blue as blue can be, people swimming, next time I'll bring MY bathing suit. Anyway I did some</b>
<b>: snorkelling and lagoon trip in Xcalak -was beautiful- next time I'll try scuba diving. The Captains/guides fantastic and patient,</b>
<b>: I owe all my new grasp of Spanish to them. Nos vemos maņana. Yes the Chinchorro boat is coming and we saw one just like</b>
<b>: it on one of our jaunts. Now that we are "experts" on Xcalak we'll keep viviting and contributing to Bills's message board. If I</b>
<b>: ever learn how to "web" pictures I might post a few - like Michelle did. </b>
