Another day in Paradise at http://www.CasaCenote.com
Now here comes the most important guest of all
in my adventure to the QRoo and La Fiesta de Casa Cenote. With out this
guest my day would not have been worth a whole lot. Some might not agree
but I owe all my trips to Lynn from Tulsa. We are very much attached to
each other and I am so thankful that she has grown to love the Qroo just
as much as I have. So when it is vacation time I get to plan the trip to
Quintana Roo, Mexico each and every time. Thanks Lynn for the honor of
planning "Our Vacations".
Lynn from Tulsa (My best Half)
She loves those Cheladas (lime
juice, ice, salt on the rim and the beer of choice)
Nancy from Lincoln NE
Peter's wife (Nancy and Peter were the other couple to
be married again)
Now for a shot of the Abode at Casa Cenote....this
is a look at La Casita that Lynn and I stayed at for our whole vacation.
It is a great way to Live in the Tankah area. We are very pleased that
we chose to stay here with our Hostess and Host, Peggy and Gary. Everytime
we thought that they had done all that they could to make us happy they
would show another reason that we had such a wonderful vacation. Peggy
would light candles every evening in our room and turn down the bed. That
was just for starters. The rest you will have to experience for yourselves.
I would include photos of the wedding by Daniel
the Mayan Shaman but didn't get any myself but some friends promise some.
Here are a couple that Kay at Locogringo.com took.
Bill from Tulsa reuping to Lynn from Tulsa
This was a very spiritual happening
for an ole hippy that thinks he must have been Mayan.
Daniel the Mayan Shaman realized
he had the Spirit in Himself when he was working on the Sheridan Hotel
in Cancun many years ago and fell from the 12th floor to the concrete below
and got up and walked away, to top this off he also fell from the 8th floor
on the same job with the same results. He truely is a very Powerful Soul
in El Mundo Maya
Peter and Nancy that I arranged to share this Awesome Event.
by the way the Girls were quite overwhelmed by it all.
The room has a great view of Tankah Bay and is only steps away
from the Restaurant and Beach Bar. Oh before I forget Peggy and Gary did
find my glasses at the bottom of Manatee Cenote the morning of the Party,
that made a happy Hombre out of me. Sometimes us kids can do some pretty
dumb things in the name of fun. But I would do it again if I was there
right now.
Ahhhh, Casa
Cenote from the Tankah Bay look.
The weather was very strange for this area this
trip. Gary runs a ecological place here. His electricity is from Wind Generation
and Solar Power Stored in Batteries. His waste is done ecologically as
well.
The morning after the party. Gary finds a Shark
or Dolfin towel left behind by one of the kids that took their time out
of having fun to come to our old peoples party. We were quite concerned
that some young person had lost their towel and would be upset to know
that it was lost forever.
Koodie was really intrigued by this Fishy Guy
in her Play House.
Gary is the Owner of this Play House and quite
a wonerful Host.
Having fun in the QRoo is a way of life for Gary.
In the back ground is Mike of http://www.playanaturel.com
a clothing optional place to stay on Tankah Bay North.
Koodie decides this Guy is ok!
Notice!! the young owner shows up to claim her
towel.
Debbie from NC's daughter is one happy camper
to have retrieved her towel and we are happy for her, But Gary is kinda
sad...hehehehe
Koodie strikes again.
Sitting around enjoying the view of Tankah Bay and all that Paradise
Yummy, our dinner is about ready for the table.
There is Camarones al mojo de ajo and Pescado al mojo de ajo served
with all the trimmings. Muy Rico! Magnifico, or just plain wonderful.

? and Lynn from Tulsa
They seem to be having a great
time with their vacation time.
mn00089.jpg
? name that face
Peggy and Gary's Hut or Casita if you prefer
but they refer to it as their hut!
When all the New Casitas are complete they are
going to add on to their hut before anything else gets done.
A look into Casa Cenote, my favorite hang out in El Mundo Maya.
We spent most of our time meeting people all week
long on this trip. We did swim and try to snorkel but the weather keep
the bay in terrible cloudy conditions so we played and laid around and
talked. We snorkelded the Cenote. We did take a trip back to Ruinas Coba
one day with Peter and Nancy which I will report on later. I still have
more Casa Cenote to report on as people and things continued to happen.
